Universal City Clean-up (Spring and Fall)

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Location: Public Works, 265 Kitty Hawk


All Collections are limited to Universal City residents only. Proof of residency will be required; this can include a driver's license or utility bill. NO COMMERCIAL DUMPING.

No Tube Type televisions or computer monitors will be accepted. No tires will be accepted attached to rims/wheels.

HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION

Hazardous waste is now accepted during all days of the clean-up event.

No Pesticides or Herbicides

Items Accepted:

  • Oil Filters
  • Wet Cell (Auto) Batteries
  • Passenger & Light Truck Tires (rims must be removed) 
  • Pool Chemicals
  • Household Cleaners
  • Paint, Thinner, Lacquer, Anti-freeze
  • Standard Ammunition
  • Brake/transmission Fluid


BRUSH CHIPPING

Public Works will not be collecting brush at the yard. Free chipping service is available up to 30 minutes ONLY during the clean-up event on April 11th & 12th and April 18th & 19th.
