Friends of the Library

Who are the Friends of the UC Library?

The Friends of the Universal City Public Library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote the interest and welfare of the Universal City Public Library and to enhance the library's programs, collections, equipment and services. The Friends raise funds to donate to the library to provide services, books, equipment, and sponsor events for the community that the library would otherwise be unable to afford. How Can I join the Friends?

Our Library needs some new Friends! For those who love the Library and understand the need to continually improve the Library, a membership in the Friends is a great way to show support. Brochures with membership applications are available in the library and in the Friends bookstore. 

Friend's Book Sales

The Friend's host two book sales bi-annually to help support the library. Check the library's event calendar for specific dates.
