Online Payments

Various departments within the City of Universal City accommodate online payments.  Specifically, the water department, municipal court, and warrants. The City does not take credit card payments by phone.

Click on the type of payment you'd like to make, and you will be directed to a third-party website for instructions. The third-party website charges a nominal fee for processing payments. The City of Universal City does not receive any portion of this fee.

WATER BILL PAYMENTS

Pay utility bill with Visa or MasterCard.
