Legal Notice

On Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at 6:30 PM, the City Council of the City of Universal City will conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed consent annexation of approximately 73.67 +/- acres of land situated in the Toribio Herrera Survey No. 68, Abstract No. 153, Guadalupe County, Texas; being the remainder of a called 89.162 acre tract described in Volume 2017, Page 639 and corrected in Volume 2074, Page 524, official public records of Guadalupe County, Texas; bounded by the City of Schertz to the East and South and Guadalupe County to the West and North, all in Guadalupe County, Texas, as depicted on the map included with this notice. The purpose of the consent annexation is to promote and protect the general health, safety and welfare of persons residing in and adjacent to the municipalities and facilitate development of a residential subdivision in the City of Universal City, Texas. Upon annexation, the annexed area will be bound to the Code of Ordinances, as amended, of the City of Universal City. City file P.C. 633 and Z.C. 268.
