Fire Chief Todd Perna recently announced that Lt. Marla Jendrusch and Lt. Zachary Moore graduated from the Newly Promoted Officer program.
"I am beyond excited about these two new officers stepping up and taking on this challenge," he shared.
The Newly Promoted Officer Program requires intentional development, strategic thinking, and proven skills. The leadership competencies during the first 12–24 months after promotion include ownership & accountability, leading former peers, and Developing Emotional Intelligence.
