You can contact the Universal City Fire Marshal's Office 210-659-1250, to report an incident or appear in person to complete a written complaint which will be forwarded to the Universal City Fire Marshal.
How are compliments made?
Likewise, if you see an employee going above and beyond call of duty tell the employee or the Fire Marshal.
How to make a nonemergency report of a crime
Contact the Universal City Police Department and an Officer will be dispatched to take your report.
