Impact Fee Advisory Commission

Established in 2026, the Impact Fee Advisory Committee is a quasi-judicial board. Its meetings are held as necessary on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. All meetings are open to the public

Membership

The commission is composed of five members who are required to be resident citizens and qualified voters of the city. Half of the commission must be representatives of the real estate, development, or building industries. Members are appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority of City Council.

Each meeting of the Committee must be heard by at least 75% of its members, so attendance is crucial.
