ONLINE To set up your account online, you will need your account number and the amount of your last payment. If you are setting up for a new account which no payment has yet been made, use $0.00 as the last amount paid. After authorization of your payment, you will be given a confirmation number to keep for your records.

BANK DRAFT Monthly automatic bank draft from your designated checking or savings account. The Electronic Debit Form is available online or at the Water Department.

DROP BOX Located in the front parking lot along the side of the building. Payments will be posted the next business day. NO CASH PLEASE.
IN PERSON Cash, check, money order, and credit card payments may be made at the Water Department window in the Municipal Building, 2150 Universal City Blvd, during operation hours. When paying in person, credit/debit card holders must be present to sign credit card receipts. Credit/debit card payments are subject to a 4% service fee.
